For managing this event properly we made different departments depends on work allocated to them. We had total eight departments like Designing, Gaming, Website, Sponsorship, Promotion, Finance and Accounting, Infrastructure and Security. To handle all departments we had Faisal Shaikh as CEO and Rohit Poojary as COO, who did a fabulous job to maintain and bring work of all the departments on the right path.37 colleges from all around Mumbai participated in eSpark and got great response from other invited colleges. We had the participant crowd of about 4000+ on the first day of our event. We had following events: NFS, FIFA, CS 1.6, SmackDown, Poster Designing, Minute to win it, Rangoli, Mehendi, Nail Art, Web Designing, Debugging, Blind Typing, Blind Assembly, Coding, Chess, Carrom, Table Tennis, Galli Cricket, Dare to Dice, eSpark Hunt, Shootout at eSpark which were categorized as Lab even, Technical event and our main attraction Mega Events. We got fabulous entries in our all events which helped to fulfill our tagline “Expect the Unexpected”.There were also some cultural events like Dancing (Chance Pe Dance) and Singing (Suro Ke Sartaj) which is counted in our mega events. We invited Amar Gowda and Bharat Ragathi from DIL DOSTI DANCE of Channel V as a judge for Chance Pe Dance. They gave their view as “I have never seen such amazing performance and I found that your event is different and more enjoyable than other college’s event”.
