Bachelor of (Accounting & Finance) department was established in the year 2009-2010 to educate Accountants & Finance professional who are prepared for a dynamics & changing world.

 

We focus on out of box opportunities by inviting guest speakers, involving students in Industrial-visits, work-shops and various finance & fun activities.

 

The past performance of the Department of Accounting & Finance (for the Academic-Year2012-2013) was near about 95 % which itself speaks about our hard-work and excellence and at the same time, we also ensure it to sustain and maintain it in the years to come.

 

OBJECTIVES & AIMS:--

 

Aim 1:- Students will have the wide exposure towards the technical, accounting knowledge and skills, necessary for                the successful careers in finance.

 

Aim 2:- Students will recognize the ethical, social, professional dimensions in accounting issues, accountability                      towards society, stakeholders in terms of corporate social responsibility (CSR).

 

Aim 3:- Students will have opportunities to learn inter-personal skills such as effective communication skill, technical                advancements and knowledge, public-speaking and so, on.

 

Aim 4:- Students will learn to aspire and imbibe the corporate culture and good corporate governance which will have                 an edge and added advantage over others.

 

Aim 5:- The accounting and finance courses, offered by our department also facilitates to make the career prospects of            students in banking,finance,corporate,investment,stock-market.
