• Original H.S.C. Passing Mark Sheet and Two Photo Copies / Xerox duly attested by the Principal.

• Two Photo Copies / Xerox copies of School Leaving Certificate issued by the Junior College.

• Two Photo Copies of Ration Card.

• Caste Certificate in case of Backward Class Candidate (In addition, if B.C. student wants to claim the Reservation along with the Free ship / Scholarship should submit the required prescribed Proforma within a month along with the required documents) .

• Certificate issued by the Concerned Doctor in case of Handicapped Candidate.

• Three Recent Pass Port size Photographs. 

 

Students admitted in this college should keep with them / present at least 2 xerox copies of the original documents submitted to the college. They have to submit this Enrolment / Eligibility form as the case may be and also shall be in touch with the office for find enrolment.
