Students attended various events and secured a number of prizes under BMM fest “Impressions” organized by the Vivekanad Education Society College of Arts, Science and Commerce.                                                                         

The results of the Third year (Sem. V) B.M.M and B.Sc (I.T.) conducted by the University of Mumbai has been declared and our students have performed well.                                                                                                     

Aagneya- ‘Feel the fire within’ is a proud initiative of BMM department that is ready to spread its wings on the charts to being one of many successful Fest’s to be held by the Anna Leela College of Commerce and Economics and Shobha Jayaram Shetty College of BMS. BMM department is proud to announce our Fest on 8th September 2012. “Aagneya”- ‘Feel the fire within’. An initiative by the BMM department, to explore territories beyond the curriculum and into the field of Media, through the medium of this festival to open up newer channels of communications which will not only strengthen bonds but transform the whole BMM community into one big family.                                                                                                                                                              

On 6th September 2013 – The department had organized the event “FLASH MOB” for promoting the movie ‘Grand Masti’. Flash mob being a dance promotional event had more than 20 dancers dancing on the tunes of ‘Grand Masti’. Various online media correspondents were present for the event. The dancing troop was organized by the dancing twins Shraddha Doshi, Shweta Doshi of their dancing academy ‘Twins Dance Arts Studios’.                     

The students of all stream were present for the event.The Students of the department also won ‘Best College Trophy’ in two inter-collegiate Events organized by Vivekanand Education Society College of Arts, Science & Commerce & N.G. Acharya College of Commerce respectively. Students also participated in various inter-collegiate events & won the trophies and certificates.
